nana's poppy garden ...

digital painting -- sprague river, oregon. poppies bloomed more in my painting than in my garden this year. we are experiencing a drought and so little or no natural god-given water for my favorite flowers this year. my poppy garden is all volunteers, and until this year they multiplied regularly. Poppies are herbaceous annual, biennial or short-lived perennial plants.
